This incident has been resolved. We can confirm Outbound SEPA instant payments should be processing as expected now.

We can confirm this incident occurred due to an issue experienced with our SEPA provider.

Any Outbound payments which were submitted as SEPA Instant during the outage can now be retried and these will not be reprocessed as SEPA Credit payments.

We are currently investigating an intermittent issue with outbound SEPA Instant payments.

Currently, we are seeing outbound SEPA Instant payments failing with: Error whilst processing payment.
